HSPC Health Architects is delivering the fitout for Imaging Associates’ new clinic on Lennox Street in Richmond. The project involves converting an existing building into a fully equipped medical imaging facility designed to support the delivery of specialised diagnostic services.
The clinic will include one CT, one MRI with provision for a second, one X-ray, one mammography, and four ultrasound rooms, supported by associated staff and service areas.
The scope of work includes clinical planning, detailed design, documentation, and coordination of equipment and building services. The design allows for future expansion and operational efficiency within the constraints of the existing structure.
