His approach focuses on optimising the internal planning of spaces and minimizing operational costs, ensuring effective resource use and achieving the best results for our clients. By emphasising long-term cost considerations during the planning stage, Stephen ensures that future budget allocations are optimised to achieve maximum effectiveness and value for investment outcomes.

In addition to his responsibilities as Project Director, Stephen contributes significant expertise in client and user group liaison, comprehensive master planning, and integrating this information into detailed planning across various types of facilities. He consistently oversees projects through all phases, including design development, contract documentation, and defect inspections.
